I'm a CPA with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and small businesses make sense of their finances. I earned my Master of Science in Accountancy, graduating with highest honors from California State University, Sacramento, and bring both strong technical expertise and real-world insight to my work. Originally born and raised in the Metro Washington, DC area, I value building relationships grounded in trust and clear communication.

As the founder of DYBS LLC, I combine technical expertise with a practical, people-first approach to simplify bookkeeping, tax, payroll, and business strategy.
My work is guided by integrity, transparency, and education. I don't just manage the numbers - I help clients gain clarity, reduce stress, and make informed decisions that support long-term success.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong animal lover, a helper by nature, and proud to be a wife and mom to two incredible young adults. I live in North Carolina with my husband Darren, a licensed real estate advisor, and of course our faithful pets.
